The painting depicts a path leading through a meadow and trees. With primitive strokes, the depth and atmosphere are communicated with rich umber and deep green.
A lovely addition to a gallery wall, or vignette.
The piece has several subtle marks in the lower right quadrant where the painting might have been stacked before completely dry. These marks are visible in photos, and do not detract from the overall charm of the piece.
Includes frame and wire for hanging. Unsigned.
