The console has a cherub on each … more Beautiful vintage heavily carved Italian/French style console table with onyx top and mirror. The console has a cherub on each side of the front base and appears to be holding up the console. The lower back of the console has a mirror framed in matching scroll. The mirror on top has a swirled column on both sides with a right and left cherub. The ornate carvings are decorated with a ribbon of small flowers and acanthus leaves painted green. The patina is Old World aged luster, painted med beige and an antique wash with gold accents highlighting the swirled designs. The cherubs are a light beige with gold ribboning giving contrast to the antique tone of the console and mirror. This is a "Grand" piece, together the mirror and console stand at 105"H with floor to ceiling mirrors that capture the light. less
