Has original pull chord and original rubber wheels with red painted sides; original bar over the top. All original paint, maintains "Steiff" button under the side of the shell of the turtle. Excellent condition for this rare and hard to find mohair and plush Steiff. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
