VERY FINE VINTAGE HANDWOVEN SILK PERSIAN TABRIZ PRAYER RUG 4'6" x 6'9 " FROM A CINCINNATI HYDE PARK ESTATE 400 KPSI ESTATE FIND Keep in mind photos were taken outdoors in mostly sunny conditions!
Outstanding rug c.1970's with a silk pile and silk foundation. This vintage rug is highly fashionable and obviously very handsome. Fine as a floor covering or a wall hanging. The size is quite large for a silk rug which makes it more adaptable as a main focal point for your room setting. Shows slight wear with minor fringe loss at one end. 400 knots per square inch.
I took several photos in order to show how the sheen of the wool will appear to the eye depending on which side of the rug one may be observing from. A classic Persian design.
Approx size: 4 ' 6" x 6' 9" Rug from the post 1970's era.
Guaranteed to be an all silk pile and hand woven.
