“Zebra Montage II” by Sean Rush is an original oil painting with gold leaf on Belgian linen. Painted in 2021, the piece is 54" wide by 37" high and is presented in a minimal black contemporary floater frame measuring 55-1/2" by 38-1/4".
In 2018, Sean visited the Maasai Mara in Kenya during migration season. He was deeply moved and inspired by the elephants and zebras starting their morning journey down from the protection of the trees and into open grazing under the hot sun.
