Pair of 19th Century Sevres Style Vases After The Sevres Vase Grec A Ornements
Dimensions : 27" Tall X 10" Wide X 10" Deep
This gorgeous pair of cobalt vases were made in the late 19th century and are marked Paris in the lids. They are after the famous Sevres 'Vase Grec A Ornements' They are stunning. One of the portraits around the rim is signed but I was unable to make out the signature. The vases are in antique condition with some gold loss to the paint and a small chip at a top of a portrait in the rear of the vase. These are monumental size and are investment grade antiques with dimilar pairs bringing over $10,000 at Christie's in NY.
