The cabinet is made of solid elmwood with four door that open to reveal ample storage, pear shaped pulls with large, moon-shaped bronze backplates, straight legs and an elaborately carved apron. 

This is a wonderful example of why authentic Chinese antiques are so timeless and highly desired: beautiful, graceful and clean design, eminent functionality and sturdy, handcrafted construction assembled with traditional tenon and mortise joinery. This heavy, solid piece has beautifully-aged patina. It would make a stunning statement in a large reception or living area.
