This is a beautiful Depression Era pressed glass Candy Dish with Lid. It’s from the Sandwich Glass Company out of Massachusetts. They were known for their pressed glass manufacturing technique and thus Dailey pattern glass with a pebbled background. They produced glasses, bowls, plates and serving pieces in this pattern in various colors of glass. This piece is in their most popular Amber color.
