Offered for sale is an original period Art Deco plaster wall-mounted shell motif wall plaque sculpture by Brach-Allen Studio. Brach-Allen was known for creating plaster lighting and decorative objects from the 1930s. The piece has the original gilt finish which is in good condition with only some minor losses as shown. The plaque is complete with a hanging wire in the back as shown. The maker's mark "Brch-Allen" is cast into the top of the plaque.
