Art Deco style chest of fossil stone, pink marble and brass. The body is wood covered with two kinds of marble tiles. A thin brass band borders the pink at the bottom and wider brass bands are on either side of the opening.
You might also use this trunk as a cocktail table with or without a glass top.
Made in Philippines, 1985, for Mission Furniture, Los Angeles, according label on underside (as shown).
