Exquisite French jeweler manufactured for export at the end of the 19th century. It presents a polycobulated profile that is emphasized thanks to the delicate inlays of nacar. The whole body is covered with Chineseriseries of costumbristas scenes in gold on black lacquer. Lock eye, keyless. Interior lined in mustard color with currency or label of Juana de Arco, Domremy. These types of boxes were manufactured for export, especially for England and France. Once there they enriched themselves with personalized details in each country. Small nacar defects, barely noticeable as a whole. This type of piece used to be used to save jewelry or small secrets.
