Milky white transparent base color is infused w hundreds of Murrines creating a Millifiori effect. The bowl is thin walled blown glass in the old Venetian style and matches the Murano fashion of the late 19th century or early 20th century and has an Art Nouveau sensibility. It sits on top of a delicate base. The rim is slightly ruffled. There is a handle to the piece that curves dramatically up and is infused w gold specks or Aventurine. The piece has been put in front of Murano experts who confirm it’s heritage.

This bowl does the job of just looking gorgeous. But it can also be used to serve jam or sugar or a condiment if you want to utilize it as spectacular tableware. See less
