Features simple and graceful arches on each end of the bed, with 1 1/2" tubular pieces on the outside with seven 5/8" pieces on the inside spaced XXX apart. Use as is or paint to your liking. Manufactured by the company's subsidiary, Simmons Ltd in Canada; a barely visible label on the stretcher indicates the bed frame is from the 1920s or 1930s, when Simmons steel furniture was the rage. The style number is also stenciled on the rail, however, it is difficult to discern. Vintage bedrails to fit the headboard and footboard can be found online.

Headboard measures approximately 38 1/4" w x 48 1/4"h and the footboard measures approximately 38 1/4" w x 35 1/4" h, with both measurements including wheel height of approximately 2 1/2". The bottom of the rail hook is approximately 11" off the ground.

Condition is consistent with age and use. The frame has multiple layers of paint-hospital green and a beige-y yellow, then white, paint loss in places, minor rust. less
