This puffed heart has two sides; one is sterling silver and the other a pink polished abalone shell. Around edge of heart has blue turquoise stone detail. Piece is made in Italy. Marked '925' for sterling silver and 'Italy' as shown in last image. On/off through toggle. Measures: 16" Long.
