The center rods that the finials attach to can be raised and lowered to accommodate different shades; pic 12 shows them extended.
The double socket arms have ball joints, so the lights can be rotated and tilted in different directions.

There is some wear to the gold accents and one lamp has a small faint surface scuff (11).
The lamps are in otherwise great antique condition.
