In Victorian … more Very large antique sulfide glass floral design picture hanger can also be used to hold drapery tie backs. In Victorian homes art work would have had a long chain, cord or ribbon which would be hung around these picture hangers. They would work like a large decorative tack to support the art work. Each piece measures 2 1/4 inches long, the tack part is approx 1 inch the glass part is 2 inches wide. They are in very good condition for their age. The brass has a lovely aged patina. less
