Sterling silver Irish cream pitcher from Cork, 1807-1821. Mark of father/daughter team Carden Terry & Jane Williams. The body is bright engraved in neo-classical motifs. Monogram on front panel "AL" or "AS". Jane Williams was the widow of Carden Terry's former apprentice, John Willams. Marks: CT over IW and "sterling", typical of provincial Ireland. Early base seam solder. Minor dot ding on one panel. 5.15 troy oz. 160 grams.
