- Stunning Baker sofa with beautiful hand carved fluting detail in mahogany. Part of the original Stately Homes Collection. Sofa was … more Stunning Baker sofa with beautiful hand carved fluting detail in mahogany. Part of the original Stately Homes Collection. Sofa was purchased in 1990's. Despite years of use it has worn like iron and is in very good condition and still extremely comfortable. Spring down cushions. Fabric is a corduroy type of velvet that shows remarkable little wear despite usage for 30 years. They don't make them like this anymore. Color will go with anything, The perfect wine-burgundy color. It's difficult to get an accurate representation of color with a cord velvet so I took the last 2 photos in natural light and they are more accurate without the reflection of lighting. There are 2 cushions included with the sofa. The last photo is from an advertisement for the Stately Homes Collection from Baker Furniture company that features this sofa. less
