An early 20th c. Glaze Decorated Wide-Mouth Vessel with Coat of Arms resembling Della Marcchina of Faenza.
Loosely painted artwork with clean and clearly defined edges in Tiffany Blue, a rich Brown, and a true "Yellow Mustard" Yellow on an Alabaster tone field. Beautiful Bisque to Matte Enamel texture to the finish. The attached handles feature vertical fluting that contrasts well against the horizontal brown stripe decoration. Overall an attention-grabbing, whimsical, and geometric piece that translates beautifully into the current design zeitgeist.
