David Damm was born in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Art Center of College and Design and later studied with noted Russian artist Sergie Bongart (1919-1985). Damm's career began with in commercial illustration but now he divides his time between portrait commissions and landscapes in oil, pastels and watercolor. He is a signature member of the California Art Club, and the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association. less
