The lid opens with a handful handle in brass so -called "boat" and locks using a two -hooked functional hooks from the manufacturer "John Moreton & Company".
This cover, mounted on two hinges, is held open by a brass compass called "knee".
The interior offers a large storage space as well as a niche with a cover, on the right side.
The sides are equipped with folding bronze stop handles to facilitate transport.
