Each is stamped on the back and reads 'Conway Semi Porcelain New Wharf Pottery England.' They are painted in floral and scroll designs in a rich cobalt blue color on a white background. They also have a raised design along the scalloped edges. A great antique pair for serving guests or to hang on the wall! See less
