Generous surface dimensions allow for lamps, book, and chargers. One drawer above two doors that swivel open to a spacious storage compartment. The bottom panel on one cabinet has a shrinkage crack (please see picture) but otherwise both pieces are clean and in excellent condition. These nightstands were purchased in Hong Kong, but believe they were made on mainland China. less
