Description: This striking pair of table lamps was produced by Markslöjd in Kinna, Sweden in the 1960s. The design is marked … more This striking pair of table lamps was produced by Markslöjd in Kinna, Sweden in the 1960s. The design is marked by the sculptural, organic shaped frame resting on a circular base. The base is made of solid stained beech wood. Brass fittings, and Markslöjd labels on the bottom of the base. The original coolie shaped shades have been renewed in an ivory white linen textured fabric. The shades can be adjusted into different positions. An elegant example of Swedish Modern lighting with a striking appearance from all angles. The pair is in very good condition, with renewed shades. Currently with 220V European plugs. This piece has an attribution mark,
