There is an open compartment with two slip pockets and a mirror, as well as a section that snaps closed. The bag is in good condition with loose threads on the corners and some spots on the lining. It is a wonderful example of Chinese embroidery with minor, repairable flaws. This has been taken into consideration when the bag was priced.
