Description: The French architect and furniture designer Charlotte Perriand (1903 - 1999) designed the two simple side tables made of painted … more The French architect and furniture designer Charlotte Perriand (1903 - 1999) designed the two simple side tables made of painted spruce wood for the rooms of the "Les Arcs" ski resort in Saint -Maurice in the French Savoy. from 1967 Charlotte Perrand worked on the development of the multi -part ski resort - one of her most important works. Previously, she worked for over ten years in the Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret studio in Paris from 1927. During this time, Perriand was involved in all of Le Corbusier's furniture and interior design projects. The tables are in perfect condition, with a few signs of wear. A professional restorer has carefully refurbished them without taking the charming patina. The tables are very robust and stable. with the height of 45cm, they can therefore also be used well as a stool. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
