It has the wrong stopper. The included stopper is a tiny bit too big and moves too much in the space. It is marked Block on the base, and I will add a picture of that mark.

The decanter measures 3.50 inches across each side and it is 7 3/8 inches tall. It is 10.25 inches tall with the included stopper and weighs three pounds, ten ounces.

The included stopper is a tiny bit too big (dauber height) while being a tiny bit too loose. It also does not match.

The decanter has a simple, but cleanly cut design and no chips, cracks, or other damage. It is clean.
