We have for your consideration a very gorgeous pair of nightstands. Both nightstands consist of a burl wood not too sure of the species of wood but it is burl wood. Nightstands both have been refinished by a professional and they look amazing. Both nightstands consist of a warm walnut tone color with a semigloss lacquer sheen finish. Both nightstands have been inspected by a professional and all defects corrected no major damages both drawers open and close with ease. No strange smells. Both nightstands have been refinished inside the drawers as well. Nightstands both consist’s of solid wood black lacquer bases that tapper in a 45 degree angle.both nightstands are solid and sound and sturdy. Both nightstands consist of solid wood with burl wood veneer. Both nightstands have a hidden glass shelf that slides in and out right above the drawer. Glass is damage free no chips or cracks some slight wear if any. None that we noticed. Nightstands are around the late 1940s to 1950s but the manufacture and designer is unknown?.both nightstands have a strange insignia located on the left hand back corner. I’m not sure what the marking is but there some kind of manufacture stamp. ( please view photo.)these nightstands will compliment your mid century modern 1940s Art deco decor and will grace your mid century modern home.
