It may also be a carafe. It is marked on the base, but I had no luck getting a picture of the mark. The decanter is clear and wide with no cuts or ornamentation. It does not have a stopper and I do not know if it should have a stopper. There is no scratching in the neck which sometimes happens with a stopper.

The decanter measures 8.50 inches across and is 9.00 inches tall.

It is completely clear and clean with no damage of any kind.
