Seychour rugs are known for their heavily tribal designs. This fine piece in particular holds vibrant colors and bold contrasts. The middle field is a navy blue background with medallions decorated with ornate motifs in and all around each medallion. The border is rendered in similar colors of red, orange, blue, green, gold, cream and brown. The smaller motifs on the border encase small flowers in sawtooth tribal diamonds.
