It is Designed to be Flush Mounted with 2 Bolts From the Back Side of the Door but PLEASE NOTE! That Although I was Abel to Find the 2 Bolts That are Included ( Not Original ) - They are Only Intended to be Used as a Reference as to the Gauge and Thread Size of the Bolts that Will be Actually Required for Mounting ( By Design These Will Most Likely Not be Usable ). The American Standard Gauge and Thread Pattern of the Bolts That will be Required are Still in Common Use These Days and You Should Be Able to Find Them at a Hardware Store. less
