There is some molding on the footboard that needs to be re-affixed. One of the side rails needs to have one of the pieces of wood that holds up the box spring and mattress reattached properly with wood glue and perhaps wood screws instead of the nails that are in it now. Also, please see the closeup of the piece of the headboard where side rail attaches, this will also likely need some work as that side rail fits into this part of the headboard very loosely.
