I received this beautiful teal bowl as a wedding present in the late 1960's and have enjoyed it since then.
I would describe the teal glazed lining as a greenish teal. The glazing has a reflective quality. I believe the silver is a silver plate as I can see some wear on the bottom.
The shape is a rounded triangular shape typical of that era.
There is one small place on the edge of the glazing where the color is scratched. I've tried to show this in one of the photos.
There's part of the old label still on the bottom. "Reed & Barton 251" is marked on the bottom. Again, hope you can see that in the photo. less
