This very unusual dish is in a diamond shape with both the lid and the interior of the dish having the East Indian hunt scene. The scene depicts a tiger being hunted by several men riding on elephants along with hunting dogs. The lid has a subtle dome in the center, a scrolled finial and lovely scroll and fan border. The piece does not have any markings.
