The base has been nickel silvered over powder coated iron at one time before the new upholstery. This is from the 50's .Unusual shape and form, and gorgeous fabric; very sculptural. The fabric was just recently cleaned even thought the upholstery was redone around 8 years ago.There is a small piece of chrome missing from the bottom of the bench; now with a discounted SALE price.
