The white domes on the summit of Montmartre (as seen in the background of this painting) are part of the Basilica of Sacré Coeur, which has maintained a perpetual adoration of the Holy Eucharist since 1885. It is the second most toured destination in Paris aside from the Eiffel Tower.

This piece is one from a series of paintings in our “Tour of Paris” collection, which takes the viewer on an artistic stroll through the city of love.

The piece is painted on arches paper, measures 10" x 8" and is in pristine condition. Original artist signature in the lower right. An additional artist signature and title are located on the back of the piece.
