Painted in Feb. 2018 in Morgan Hill, CA, with the Los Gatos Plein Air group. What a fun day that was, but boy, was it cold that early February morning. This barn is right alongside the road. Such a pretty scene that I would like to go back and paint again when the hills are that beautiful California gold.
I'm very happy with this painting, it turned out beautiful. My goal whenever I paint is to get the paint down quickly and with loose brushstrokes.
