It has been professionally refinished with a shellac polish. The straight lines of this piece and the gorgeous walnut veneer grain make it easy to integrate this piece in any interior design style.
The brass fittings are replaced. The chest of drawers does not have any locks, the escutcheons have a purely decorative function. less
