Louis XVI chest of drawers, South West Germany 1780.
This chest of drawers is a gorgeous original piece of the 18th century. It is made of massif walnut and is decorated with hand carved fine neoclassical decorations. It is a typical piece of the Electoral Palatinate region in Germany and was probably made in the area of Mannheim or Heidelberg.
The commode is in very good original condition. The brass fittings have been replace at one point.
The chest of drawers ships from Germany and includes shipping costs and duty to Boston.
