Neoclassical bronze sculpture of a young Bacchus and fawn making an offering Elias Hutter. Very fine casting with a rich patina. Early to Mid-19th Century.
Elias Hutter: (Vienna 1774 - 1865): studied at the Vienna Academy, 1789 apprentice under Grassi, since 1807 master. Several busts of Hutter are located in the Austrian Museum of Applied Arts (MAK) in Vienna, in the Johanneum Graz or the Military Museum (HGM) in Vienna.
