- Set of 6 sterling silver cup frames/holders together with six ivory colored Lenox fitted porcelain inserts (circa 1900) ( marked … more Set of 6 sterling silver cup frames/holders together with six ivory colored Lenox fitted porcelain inserts (circa 1900) ( marked with Lenox logo & 1201/k22) Each sterling holder has curved sides with open bottom & raised spread foot & each attached with double ‘C’ form handles. Each Lenox cup/bowl is painted with gold gilt & regal blue edging. It has been in our family since the 1900’s in Sewickley, Pa starting with our grandparents. It is in excellent condition both the silver & porcelain. Each bowl is 4” x 2” Lenox porcelain 1.75” x 3.5” sterling silver insert without handles and 5.25” with handles. The height with Lenox porcelain inside sterling silver insert is 2.25”. These bowls/cups have been used to serve a huge array of things including: desserts, sherbet, flan, ice cream, fresh fruit, soup and bouillon. A perfect accent to start or end any meal with. less
