This astonishing little lamp reflects the great Italian designer's attraction to strong geometric volumes. Inspired by a miner's lamp used by the hero Jean Valjean in Les Misérables, the lamp consists of a fixed outer shell and a movable inner shell. Manipulating the inner sphere creates the effect of an eclipse, allowing the user to add bright or more diffused light to their space. Eclisse is a table lamp. It can also be wall-mounted.
