This vintage red lantern has a shabby chic red finish.
No 2 D-Lite Dietz N.Y. USA
Loc-Nob Glass Globe
Sourced off my family farm in southern Minnesota prior to sale. Since then it has been enjoyed as a rustic interior and exterior design element.
It has a nostalgic presence for train, nautical cabin, or lodge decor.
Fill with fairy lights on a timer with pine boughs.
Interior at your fireplace hearth, or on entryway or side table. Hang outside at your front porch to make a great welcome year round.
Vintage pre-owned condition. The red paint is peeling in areas adding to it’s charm. The glass shade is intact with no chips or cracks.
The metal lever to lift up top to access the wick is fully functional.
To access the globe for lights pull up on the top.
It has not been used in original form with wick and lamp oil.
The lid for oil is functional.
