Built in France, it dates from the 1850s and features a 1 ¼” thick rectangular-shaped top which overhangs a simple apron below that houses a single full-sized drawer. The drawer is fitted with a pair of smooth wooden pulls that easily open the ample storage space within. The table rests on four handsomely carved legs that taper and terminate into petite peg style feet. The rich tone of the wood has a lovely patina throughout, a great reflection of its centuries old history and use.
