- This marvelous antique serving tray or decorative plaque is created in gorgeous Limoges bisque porcelain and is hand painted with … more This marvelous antique serving tray or decorative plaque is created in gorgeous Limoges bisque porcelain and is hand painted with a delightful farm girl with a sack of apples. She is smiling demurely in her checkered blue and white shirt and overalls. The background is blue and light red brick. There is a lovely floral and scalloped edging surrounding this lovely scene. This beautiful tray has turned, wavy edges painted in a blush beige. The artist's signature appears in the lower right hand corner "M.M. Hills." Backstamp reads: Elite, L, France. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Height from top to bottom=12 inches, Width from side to side=8-1/2 inches, Depth=3/8 inches. This marvelous tray has been well cared for, gently displayed and is in excellent antique condition, free from chips, cracks or other imperfections, with all gold gilt intact and no losses to the paint. It is perfect as a display plaque or as a serving tray, particularly if you like Farmhouse French antique style. less
