There are 12-arms with candle lights and a 13th light tucked away at the bottom of the porcelain centerpiece (see pic). This 13th light makes this chandelier unique and rare. It is unbranded. All materials are authentic except for the shackle which is now a replacement as well as the 12 candle sticks on each arm. less
