This marvelous serving bowl is created in gorgeous silver [most likely silver plate] in the shape of a lotus blossom … more This marvelous serving bowl is created in gorgeous silver [most likely silver plate] in the shape of a lotus blossom with a beautiful peened [hammered] surface. This lovely bowl sits atop three ball feet. Each pedal of the blossom is delineated with a raised edge. Hallmarks: none visible. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Diameter side to side=8-1/4 inches, Height from top edge to bottom=4 inches, Depth of bowl=3 inches, Weight=641 grams or 20.60 Troy ounces. This marvelous silver lotus blossom shaped bowl has been well cared for, gently used and is in excellent vintage condition. The rim has a number of small dents and dings, but they do not diminish the beauty or usability of this bowl. The ball feet show wear on the bottom with gold toned metal showing.
