From my personal family collection, this pristine condition Mid-Century Modern (1960's) decorative accessory is designed in a 22 karat vintage "Weeping Gold" pattern. A beautiful visual display accent piece, it is also useful as a candy dish or as a personal clutter free catch all for your rings, watches, etc. The gold finish is a truly brilliant combination of satin gold covered in what looks like melted gold which is stunningly reflective.
Bottom is signed "Dixon Art Studios 22 KT. GOLD." I believe Dixon Art Studios pieces were made in U.S.A. This piece belonged to my Mother and has been in my care for the past 30 years, it has no signs of wear (please inspect all photos carefully to confirm.) The bottom "feet" have protective felt padding (shown in photos) to avoid scratching any surface it sits on.
