Signed by well listed artist (Howard) Besnia (American, 1921-2014) and dated '83 lower left. From the artist's estate. Sight measures 22" x 17 3/4". The painting is matted ad displayed in a gilt wood frame measuring 25 1/4" x 21 1/4". Very good condition!
