Description: mid century scandinavian inlaid elm coffee table circa 1950. good quality circular coffee table made in sweden. fine mid century … more mid century scandinavian inlaid elm coffee table circa 1950. good quality circular coffee table made in sweden. fine mid century design but with a strong influence from the art deco period. beautifully inlaid with burr’s and figured timbers to create the dragonfly over a pond scene. further inlay all the way round the edge. standing on 4 legs with a grooved detail, slightly splayed for stability. minor restorations to veneer around outside edge. recently re-finished in our workshop and ready for everyday use. less
